Terms and Conditions for Pre-Order / Groupbuy Items
Please ensure that you have read and understood all of the terms and conditions below before submitting your order.
1. Pre-Order / Groupbuy Orders
When placing a Pre-Order for SINGAKBD products, you will be required to provide certain information, including your shipping address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. SINGAKBD shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you and shall have no obligation to determine or verify the correct contact or shipping information.
2. Price & Payment
You will be charged the full purchase price of the Products at the time of placing your Pre-Order. The accepted payment methods are:
- Bank Transfer (Malaysia only); and
- Credit Card payment through Stripe (Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard).
The purchase price does not include any applicable import duties, taxes, transfer fees, or other governmental charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.
3. Priority
SINGAKBD will manufacture Products according to the order in which Pre-Orders are received. The order in which your Pre-Order is received does not guarantee or imply that you will receive a particular serial number or number associated with your Product.
4. Delivery Schedule
Although SINGAKBD will make reasonable efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you acknowledge and agree that delays may occur. Any estimated delivery or shipment date is provided for reference only, is subject to change, and does not constitute a guarantee that SINGAKBD will ship or deliver the Product by the estimated date.
In the event of a delay, SINGAKBD shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or costs arising from or related to the delay, nor shall SINGAKBD be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to such delay, except where otherwise expressly provided under these Terms. SINGAKBD will provide updates regarding the delivery schedule where reasonably practicable.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your order free of charge within 72 hours of the order being created. Cancellations requested after this 72-hour period will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee.
Please ensure that all order details are correct before proceeding with payment. Once an order has been processed, cancellation will no longer be permitted, and the order cannot be exchanged for other products, items, or services.
All Pre-Orders are considered final sales once processed.
If SINGAKBD cancels your reservation or order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable non-refundable fees, without interest.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SINGAKBD be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of the Products.
If SINGAKBD is found liable for any damages arising out of or relating to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price paid for the affected Product, without interest.
7. Customer Information
We will use any information we collect about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
8. Raffle Spot & Order Transfer
If SINGAKBD has evidence that a customer has attempted to sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise profit from their raffle spot or order, including but not limited to offering a raffle spot for sale, selling or transferring a raffle spot, or flipping an order or Product for profit, SINGAKBD reserves the right to cancel the raffle spot and/or order immediately and without prior notice.
Any such cancellation may result in the forfeiture of the raffle spot and any associated purchase access. SINGAKBD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether an attempted sale, transfer, assignment, or flipping of a raffle spot or order has occurred.
This policy applies regardless of whether the attempted sale, transfer, or resale has been completed.
9. Application to Vendors
These Pre-Order / Groupbuy Terms and Conditions apply to all vendors, retailers, and authorised sellers carrying or selling SINGAKBD products, unless stated otherwise.
Any orders, raffle spots, purchase access, or Products distributed or sold through such vendors shall remain subject to these Terms and Conditions. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that customers purchasing SINGAKBD products through their respective sales channels are made aware of and comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
SINGAKBD reserves the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions directly in relation to any customer, order, raffle spot, or Product, regardless of the vendor through which the purchase was made.
10. Changes to the Terms
SINGAKBD reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon being published or otherwise made available by SINGAKBD.
