QUALITY ASSURANCE AND REFUNDS.
SINGAKBD will always strive to aim the provide and deliver the best quality assurances on our keyboards. All products sold are considered to be of the highest standard we have to offer.
That being said, our keyboards are produced at much smaller volumes with quality assurance being emphasized on the exterior of our products.
When you purchase an keyboard from SINGAKBD, we strive to achieve the following
- No visible exterior blemishes, scuffs or marks beyond reason.
- Anodization hooks will be present in the interior faces of the keyboards depending on design
- No tooling, machining marks, pitting on external surfaces
- No visual defects or operation defects when the boards are assembled and in use
As for inventory sold stated under any other condition other that the standard a-stock, you may be expecting defects of varying degree depending on the condition of the keyboard and the disclosed defects. For example for us, an A minus stock would be a small visual defect (pen tip sized) on the internals of the board especially depending on what material the defect is in on.
In any case, we do apologize if we have sent you a wrong/defective item without full disclosure. If this has happened to you, kindly use the contact form to contact us, and include your order number.
1. Please take snapshot of the defective area and email it to us using the contact form or at elaine@singakbd.com
2. An exchange or refund will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty
3. A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges
4. Exchanges/refunds will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition on receiving/opening it in the parcel. Exchanges/refunds for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined
5. No refund/exchanges will be entertained if the basis of the exchange/refund is change of mind in limited in-stock and limited groupbuy items with these sales from these formats being final.
6. Open group buys - Cancellations are accepted during the groupbuy period only. Shopify and payment processor fees are not refundable. Please check your cart carefully and have your mind made up before checking out to ensure you do not lose out on fees.
7. If for any reason your order is cancelled on the basis of not adhering to any of the polices/rules stated, fees from shopify and payment processors are not refundable.
